Levels of Service:
We offer three tiers of monthly service beginning at $500 monthly: Each tier is based on the volume of work for the bookkeeper on a weekly basis. If you’re a small business needing only a few hours each month, we offer hourly rates.
Essential
Base Support Package
(Most small businesses fall into this category.) Ideal for solopreneurs and small startups with low transaction volume. Includes up to 4 hours of service weekly.
Growth
Mid-Level Support
Designed for expanding businesses requiring more frequent reconciliation and reporting. Includes up to 8 hours of service weekly for your office.
Enterprise
High-Level Support
Comprehensive support for high-volume businesses with complex bookkeeping needs. Includes up to 12 hours of service weekly for your business.
Looking for something smaller? If you are a micro-business or startup needing only a few hours of support each month, we offer a flexible hourly rate to ensure you get professional help that fits your budget.
Each package includes on-call service as needed. Each client will be placed on a weekly set schedule for their books, however, on-call as needed service is always available if the need arises.
